We offer services for the final cleaning of your property after the guests have left. Cleanliness has always been our top priority. For this reason we have put together a special cleaning protocol.

 

The final cleaning includes:

 

1. Kitchen (we clean: cutlery drawer and all kitchen surfaces; pans and pots; check the drain and clean the sieve if necessary; decalcify kettle, coffee machine; freezer and refrigerator; oven, dishwasher and extractor hood; empty rubbish bin; check microwave; dispose of all food from the previous tenant) .

2. Living room and bedroom (vacuuming under or behind bed, couch; checking windows and cleaning if necessary, window frames and window sills, television, furniture, game consoles; shelves; cleaning wall decorations or pictures; changing bedclothes).

3. Bathroom and toilet (we clean and disinfect toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, etc. We use gentle products without abrasive materials. We clean the drains, remove the traces. We clean the mold if necessary).

4. Balcony, terrace and barbecue area (cleaning of garden furniture, garbage collection on the terrace, furniture arrangement, barbecue).

5. Sauna cleaning

6. Disinfection (We use a universal disinfectant. Disinfection includes: all doorknobs, handrails and handles; all light switches; the cistern lever, toilet seat, the outside of the toilet and the toilet lid; all window sills and handles).

 

In addition, throughout the apartment, the floor is washed with a special agent for the floor. If necessary, stains are removed from the upholstered furniture (if this can be done quickly). We also report any breakdowns and malfunctions in the apartment. We try to fix all mishaps on the same day.
